MEET THE STAFF
Lucas Haugh
Lucas Haugh is the proud owner of City Drug Pharmacy. A native of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Lucas graduated with honors from East High School in 2010. Shortly after, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he served honorably for 11 years as an infantry rifleman. His military service instilled in him a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to service.
In 2023, Lucas transitioned out of active duty to focus on raising his two children and returned to Colorado to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration at Colorado State University, with a concentration in Corporate Investment and Investment Analysis.
Lucas joined City Drug in 2024 as Operations Manager, where he played a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency, enhancing staff performance, and navigating the pharmacy through a period of regulatory and organizational uncertainty. His leadership and loyalty were instrumental during this critical time.
After a settlement agreement was reached with the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy, Lucas was offered the opportunity to acquire City Drug and continue its legacy. He established City Drug Pharmacy, LLC with a clear mission: to preserve the pharmacy’s legacy of exceptional patient care while driving continued growth and innovation.
Lucas is honored to lead City Drug Pharmacy into its next chapter and remains committed to providing the same trusted, personalized care that the Cheyenne community has relied on for generations.

Quincie Moser
Quincie is a Technician in Training with us at City Drug. Never settling for less, she is in charge of our compliance packaging system as well as our social media and marketing. She is a high school graduate of East High here in Cheyenne, and continued her education at LCCC in exercise science. Wanting bigger things, she decided to pursue a career outside of school; she opened her own LLC in hopes to help people feel beautiful and empowered using her words and skills.
Coming to work at City Drug was a blessing for her that popped up on Facebook. Since working here, she has deeper learned the values of personal patient care, resilience, and how important it is to make your coworkers family.
She strives to help City Drug reach its full glory, and serve the people of Cheyenne the way they deserve.
Jaden Moser
Jaden is a proud Wyoming native with a diverse background. She attended WyoTech in 2022, & received diplomas in Custom Fabrication, as well as Collision Repair/Refinishing. Although she does not use this training professionally, she does practice what she learned as a hobby in her free time. Jaden also has an associates degree in Business.
But for Jaden, these achievements were not enough. She is currently pursuing an ADN through the LCCC nursing program & plans on continuing her education to receive a BSN & eventually a Master of Science in Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Pharmacy was never a job Jaden thought she’d pursue, but she grew to love it very quickly. Not only will it help her with her future endeavors in nursing, but she gets to help people along the way, like all in the medical field are passionate about doing.
